Public projects

The project of Border Crossing Point ‘’Hani i Hotit’’ is part of the project of improving the regional trade. This project included the construction of the new customs terminal and the reconstruction of the customs passing point, with the aim of infrastructure improvement to achieveve the standards of Schengen zone. This Border Crossing Point is valued as a point of first category, because it is a pass for some of the Balkans countries.
The Border Crossing Point ‘’Hani i Hotit’’ plays an essential role in the Adriatic – Jonian highway, known as the project of the Blue Hallway. This highway that has to pass along the east shore of the Adriatik and Jonian sea, extending in the west shore of the Balkans Penincula and it passes through Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and Greece will be the column of the main network of the regional transport, which connects west Balkans with the network of transportation of EU. – Ms. Vlahutin said in the ceremony of inauguration of this object. From this project benefit: economic operators and trucks, that spend millions of hours waiting in the border, citizens of the area around, and not only, turists also, which will have a better experience when travelling to Albania. Is one of the projects with unique importance for “Bregu sh.a” Society, since it is a finance of European Union, which at the moment is the strategic partner of the company for 15 years.
The customs of Hani and Hoti was inaugurated in August of the year 2018, after an intense work in difficult environmental conditions, which never stopped the circulation of vehicles between the two countries.

The project of constructing the ‘’Renea Special Forces Academy’’ foresaw the construction of a new department totally modernized and supplied with all modern equipment according to the European Union standards. The construction of this academy building is another project in which “Bregu sh.a” was selected as the best company in the implementation of constructions and the successfully completion of the works. The project started in 2015 and finished in 2017.

As with the project of Hani and Hoti, the border point “Bozaj” is part of the big project of improving the regional trade. This project involved the construction of a border crossing point and also the reconstruction of the infrastructure around. The border point “BOZAJ” is one of the biggest projects of “Bregu sh.a”, outside of the Albanian territory, which started in November of the year 2016. This project is financed by European Comission in Montenegro. The projects for the reconstruction of the points of the border passage, as of the side of Albania and that of Montenegro, offer a cost efficient solution, by easing the trade and enabling the division of weighted traffic by the small vehicles.

Projects accomplished successfully from “Bregu sh.a” in collaboration with the European Union and IMF for the projects in the city of Kavaja and the local government of Korça for the social residences.
